Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options to suit your preferences:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for all orders nationwide.

  • Pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep and checked  before payment
     

2. Bank Transfer (Chuyển khoản ngân hàng)

  • Pay directly to our business bank account.

  • Bank details will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

  • Your order will be processed after the payment is confirmed.
     

3. E-Wallet Payments (Ví điện tử)

  • We accept payments via popular Vietnamese e-wallets through VNPay.

  • Scan the QR code at checkout or follow payment instructions to complete your purchase.
     

4. Credit/Debit Card

  • We accept international and domestic cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB).

  • Transactions are encrypted and secured for your safety.
     

5. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices on CowboyWear.com are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

  • Prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice for the new order.

 

6. Payment Confirmation

  • For bank transfers and e-wallet payments,
    After payment, the screen will show "Payment successfully", then the client know they already paid and just wait for the products to be deliver to their home

 

By our side, we also need to check our bank account once we get the notice on the website that there is a paid order. after 1-2 hours, if we do not receive, we will contact with the client to share their screenshot of that transaction for rechecking

 

  • Orders with COD do not require advance confirmation.
     

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All online payments are processed through SSL-secured gateways.

  • In case of suspected fraud or unusual activity, we reserve the right to verify your identity or cancel the transaction.
     

8. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details once the order is shipped.
